We suggest these ballet shoes, because they don't have an elastic tie string and are easy for kids to get on and off. (These are also available in black, for boys.)

Many of our preschool ballet dancers wear a leotard, tights, and a skirt. You may chose any color, a tutu, or a costume. This is not a requirement.
Boys

Boys, of all ages, dress in comfortable clothes. They may wear dance shoes if they like, but it is not required. (Preschool dancers will be required to have black ballet shoes for the recital.)
