Types of Classes

This class focuses on basic ballet and jazz, and dance terminology. It will improve movement, explore creativity, and challenge listening skills. We will practice across the floor work, center work, dance routines, stretches, and fun developmental dance games that will launch your child into a zeal for dance! 

In this class your child will be introduced to all major styles of dance, including: jazz, ballet, hip hop, modern, lyrical, and current popular dances. This is done in an upbeat, encouraging atmosphere, with an emphasis on fun that launches your child's love of dance!

In this class your child will be introduced to yoga in a fun way that children understand. Basic yoga poses, yoga games and gratitude activities are taught.  The poses are given child friendly names and the class has a positive impact on their physical and mental health.
